I researched a lot of teachers, but couldn't find the one that resonated with me. When I came across the Wellness Room page I was immediately drawn to their services. I decided to start small and attended one of the free reiki circles hosted on Tuesday nights to feel out the space and Fernando. It was an instant kismet situation. He holds a beautiful space for all who arrive, has a calm yet powerful energy and is eager to teach those who are hungry enough to learn. I then felt drawn to undergo a one-on-one past life regression, and "WHOA" is all I can say. I don't know about you, but I struggle with letting go, let alone being vulnerable in a space with someone who has the potential to view secrets I didn't even know reside in myself. Feeling comfortable and at ease with Fernando would be an understatement. He was professional beyond words, helped guide me through tough areas, and even allowed me time after the hypnosis to unpack a few things I didn't quite understand. I knew immediately the next steps would be reiki. His reiki class was well organized, very informative, and thought out. The way he teaches leaves you wanting more and eager to apply the teachings. He provides snacks and didn't mind that we picked his brain a bit after the class was over. There are hidden teachings within his teachings that allow you to have some food for thought even days after the class. His methods are traditional yet simple and I love the respect he shows the practice. He keeps the teachings very science base and strays away from going to woo woo. He also has the most comfortable cushions to sit on that support your back and hips in all areas. If you are feeling the pull to learn reiki, meditate, unpack some past life stuff, or just want to see what holistic healing is all about, take that small leap of faith and visit the Wellness Room, you won't regret it!

The store also has crystals, oils and bath salts among other things that will half you reach your higher self. I bought an Amethyst tree, a goldstone ring and tektite which I had been looking for diligently since it literally comes from outer space! Will be returning for another session soon to visit the Dr. of Crystals as he is nicknamed! His story is amazing. From a very wealthy and successful attorney to a healer that wants to help the world! Incredibly intuitive Jenifer read me right away. Her small studio in Miami Beach is just perfectly…read morecozy with dim lighting and a relaxed ambiance. She talks and helps me to open up about things I need to change in my life. She takes a few notes and listens for key words. Then she takes a reading off of each of my fingers with her machine. We look at the info on her computer and then the best part is laying on her vibrating table as she lights incense and uses instruments and music. She moves my chakras and makes me feel more aligned as she does her magic. Of course, I don't know how she does it but then when we do the reading again, all my fields become more optimal and I feel lighter. Before I came, I had such low energy, anxiety and felt overwhelmed after going through a trauma but now after just 4 sessions, I have seen a dramatic shift. I am more energetic, happier and at ease. Somehow, it feels like things that I was worrying about are working themselves out and I am learning to be more open to the universe providing. I apologize in advance for my very long review, but I feel the need to explain myself because what…read morehappened for me was remarkable. I was very skeptical about Hypnosis and I had spoken to Liesbet several times before about my anxieties and what she would recommend as far as being able to somewhat alleviate me of this issue. Well I finally built up the courage to go and give it a shot and to my surprise I was super relaxed immediately afterwards. I thought at first that it would just be some type of counseling/yoga and I would have to constantly work at in order to eventually achieve some relief. But NO this was almost instantaneous and took no willpower on my part, the change just happened. I cannot even explain how much better it's made my life in just a few days, but I will tell you that I am now a believer. I figured it would be a temporary thing for the day or maybe a few hours, but I was completely shocked the next day when I woke up. Usually I'm riddled with anxiety and panic attacks, but I was calm and had zero symptoms of anxiety the next morning and throughout the entire day. This is not the result I was expecting, this is unbelievable to me because I have been suffering for almost 3 decades from severe anxiety. I can't even recall a time in my life where I have felt so relaxed with no anxiety whatsoever. So I waited a few days to write my review in order to see if the results lasted and to my disbelief I am better than I have felt in decades. She is absolutely magical in my eyes, I wish I would've tried this sooner, like months ago when she suggested I give it a shot. I can't praise her enough because if you've suffered like I have to feel this type of relief is completely unbelievable. I've tried counseling and medication before which I only stayed on the medication for a short time because that is just not for me, but neither one of them had any type of lasting affect and this was instantaneous and without me even doing any work. She also sent me an audio recording of my session so that I can lay back with my headphones and use it again on my own. Today at work one of my clients without knowing anything about my personal life said that I seemed very calm and relaxed , she even said my way of speaking and reacting to things was different. Mind you, she knows absolutely nothing of my personal life so the difference wasn't just noticed by me which blew my mind. I have worked with Black Box Media many times and they are so accommodating and easy to work with. The team are wonderful and always ten steps ahead of you and so thoughtful. I produced a fashion show and career panel event there in July and we had an amazing turn out and we received so many compliments about the venue. I have also attended a birthday party here, a wedding, and seen music videos filmed here. It's 5000 square feet of black walls and polished floors. They have a cyc wall (continuous photo wall) seating clusters with furniture for photo opps, a stage, pipe and drape, audio equipment, party lights , a bar set up and make up set up, and a grid for lights. There are large gate doors which can be rolled up (they even shot a car commercial inside). The studio is also expanding to have two new bathrooms, a dedicated makeup room, green room and podcast room. There is a brewery right next door and a high end Peruvian Japanese fusion food truck on site. They had everything we needed for our production. This is a Miami hidden gem the owners really care about the space and keep up with improvements. Highly recommend for events, photo/ video shoots, conferences - you name it!
