The staff is very courteous and professional - I haven't had any major issues with billing, insurance coverage, setting up convenient appointment, etc. I've seen the same friendly faces throughout the past years; that goes to show you how they all get along so well and turnover is very low at that location - They all seem to really love what they do.

The facility is spotless and staff friendly and helpful. They were on time and attentive from the moment we stepped inside. I call maybe 5x a year and you might as well set aside a half hour to just get through and listen to their outdated (todays, Feb 2015 talking about things in October...I assume last October.) message. Most of the time you do not get a person but have to leave a message. Be prepared to call back several times until you get to actually either speak to a person or they bother to call you back. I have had to resort to emailing the doctor directly. He seems to know they have problems but apparently he is as helpless to fix it as the patients are. I have to control myself and remind myself I'm there for his expertise, not the office's.

Got into a room within 5 min of getting there. Doc that cleaned the wound and stitched me up was amazing. Had a "in training" doc following him. She was great too. Very pleasant, easy to talk and joke with. Made the experience...as fun as it could be(i.e. - it only sucked because of WHY i was there). Went back 2 weeks later to get stitches removed. Same experience that time(the wait was a bit longer, 20 min, because I wasn't leaking life fluid). Also, I had no insurance, and it didn't even phase them(it was surprisingly very affordable). While I was half certain the person that initially collected my information and scheduled my appointment was actually annoyed I was calling, I became fully aware that rudeness is a criteria to be employed in this office when dealing with the pleasantries of the most useless glass window operator I encountered when I arrived this morning. Fortunately my daughter is healthy and we don't need to visit her often. Typically we see Dr. McGregor once a year for her annual check up and whenever my daughter needs to have her school forms singed. Last year when my daughter brought a form from school to clear her for athletic activities, Dr. McGregor sent her for a cardiac consultation and to proceed very expensive cardio tests just to confirm that everything looks normal and there is no restrictions on my daughter to participate in sports activities. Reasoning behind - my daughter had a Kawasaki's disease over 10 years ago - no side effects after hospitalization and treatment. This year, we ran into the same situation ... Dr. McGregor decided to send us to a cardiologist to have my daughter undergo an exercise stress test before she gives her clearance to play sports. To me it appears that Dr. McGregor is looking for business and I don't appreciate this.
