Great customer service & employees, super clean new state of the art facility, and easy access to our unit. They even supply dolly carts to transport your stuff to your unit, and they have free coffee (and chocolate chip cookies for the kids) in the main lobby! Lastly, I love the fact that you do NOT have to sign a long term contract with them, as many people only need these units for a few months or so. We'll probably keep it for a year to two though, until we can de-clutter the house. Thanks Space Shop!

And they WILL NOT let you communicate with corporate! They will not reconsider anything. And you have to have insurance, which I already do with my renters policy. They already had this info, but STILL billed me fir THEIR insurance, and when I brought in my paperwork to prove I already had insurance, they WOULD NOT refund me their charge!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND storing here!!!

CubeSmart makes it easier…read more I had packed everything up and went to Valley Storage who could not honor my reservation when I showed up with cars full of my stuff, they had just given it away that morning with nothing else available. In a desperate attempt to find another storage unit, I came across CubeSmart. I made a reservation over the phone as I drove over there and everything was ready for me by the time I pulled in. There was a great promo at the time that got me my first month free, and I felt my items would be safer as there is a security code and gate protecting everyone's storage unit and was very well lit. I only needed my reservation for 2 months, and on my final day I thought I had until end of day to clear out what I had left. Wellllll I was wrong and needed to be out a day sooner. I felt sick having to pay an entire extra month when it wasn't needed. One simple phone call to CubeSmart and I spoke to Brad - he said he would take care of it since I was planning to be out that day anyway. He honored his word and I am so happy!! It was completely my mistake and he didn't have to credit me back, but he did and I am thankful. It was a flawless experience and I highly highly recommend CubeSmart when needing to store some things - they make that part a little less stressful. Thank you Brad!!!

When I demanded a price adjustment. They said this is within construction standards and each unit can vary. An inch or two fine. But not 18! It prevented us from storing some items. Total scam. I am moving soon and called in advance to reserve a storage unit at this specific location. On…read moremoving day, I rolled up to the storage unit only to find out my reservation is not on file even though I have the email confirmation. Trying to think of a Plan B and asking what else was available, they had nothing! So come here if you want to waste most of your day by packing up your stuff and not having anything available. I'm headed to CubeSmart right now. I suggest you do the same. (additionally there is no gate to enter the property so there isn't much security either. Anyone can break into a padlock and steal your valuables)
