Stupidity is their strength. Never had this issue years ago, but now technology is so advanced, no one can stop them so L&N punishes their customers by closing their account. Let me mention, no money was taken, just attempts!!! You would think a bank thats so far behind the times in THEIR technology, would want to keep customers. Why they are discriminating against me for what someone else is doing....is unlawful it would seem....first they took my internet banking, so we changed my account and I just stopped using it and opened another bank account through USAA which is a great customer based bank, and never even really used this account, and someone tries to act like me to get in it, and bam!!! Account closed..... ridiculous... people, find another bank..trust me!!!

If you start your application online and are unable to finish it online, the branch has problems finishing your application because their online and in branch systems are different. I did run in to this problem, but the in branch staff did work everything out. The entire staff, from the Branch Manager, to Customer Service and tellers, are friendly and make you feel welcome. They also make you feel like your business is appreciated! BTW, there is another IMCU branch on Grantline Rd in New Albany IN.

When I reached the bank, the first business really to stop in to rest and cool off, an employee came up to me and asked if I needed anything. I asked for water and without even asking me if I was a customer he provided me a bottle.
