Clean and well stocked one of the nicer looking stores at first glance, however some price differences are a bit odd a typical example is say 160 tea bags would be more than twice the price of 80 same with coffee and lots of other products there, everywhere else worldwide the more you buy the cheaper it is also known as economies of scale. Some staff are hit and miss, one day deli is well stocked with vast range of typical products and also some of the best homemade lasanga, shepards pies etc other days lucky to get a burned chicken off a less worthwhile member of staff, same could be said for its fresh baked section. Also seeing how managers treat their staff in there is disgusting it could be best described as autocratic and obviously the owner or manager never had much or any formal training otherwise they would understand this ultimately costs money as unhappy staff just dont care and customers do notice. All in all good place for paper and milk although it has the potential to be a goldmine with location and catchment area but gotta lose amateur running of place and small town internal politics that dominates the place. read more
