Horrible experience!! I would rate it a zero star if possible. Brought my sick, 89 year old mother…read morein and waited almost two hours in waiting room with about thirty other coughing, sneezing, and crying in pain children. There was no separatio, everyone breathing the same fowl air. Even with our masks on, the germs in this waiting area were toxic. When I asked how much longer the wait was, they said it could be up to another hour. She felt so sick and unable to sit in the uncomfortable chairs any longer, she demanded I take her home so she could lay down. Even if we had stayed and saw a doctor, all pharmacies would be closed by the time we left. How can a medical facility, during cold, flu, RSV, and Covid operate with such a lack of care for human beings? As I sat there, I felt I was living in the 19th century. What has happened to our health care in Willmar? How did we let this happen, and how do we fix it?

I'm sure I'll get a 15 minute 'check' with a large bill. Super frustrating. Second experience in a row where this urgent care has been so disappointing with customer services and care. Gross. We went to to have our son examined. We got to the exam room in urgent care and there was…read moreblood in the exam table and floor. We had to call the nurse back in to clean it up as we didn't want our toddler to touch it. The paper barrier that covers the exam table was laying on the floor. Garbage and dirt on the floor of the exam room. Completely unacceptable in a health care center. That's why we go to Montevideo.

As a post-operative cancer patient I went for a consultation, to learn about my options for further treatment, chemo and radiation. I went in with optimism and an open mind and left feeling hopeless and at death's door. He was so negative, full of himself, degrading, unkind, sometimes even insulting. There was no encouragement from him, no hope for any positive outcome. I've never in all my years had such a depressing consultation with a doctor. I will certainly never see him again, there are other options, he will NOT be any part of my oncology team. I advise all hopeful cancer patients to seek care and help from anyone else, avoid this devil like the plague
