This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left.
