A girl working, answered in the rudest way possible "Pet stores can't sell cats in Illinois" and stormed past me. She didn't mention anything about humane shelters or elaborate on why the answer was no. She couldn't even stop walking for a second to assist me. She seemed very irritated that a customer had a question for her. This business does not care about animals (or people), they only want to make a quick buck and send you on your way. What a shame. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Be sure you have an isolation tank to treat the fish first! (NOTE.. I have 7 fish tanks ranging from 90 gallon 70 gallon a 55 gallon and 3 of the 32 gallon on racks etc.. When she started grooming my parents' dog, she asked lots of questions to make sure he turned out exactly the way they wanted. Kendra is very committed to her profession. She keeps up on grooming trends and works to improve her skills. I read online that she does some amazing de-shedding treatments, now. You really couldn't ask for a better groomer. I wish I could find someone half as good now that I've moved away from the 'burg!

So I have extensive experiences with multiple vets. While I can't really say I've ever had a "bad" vet, some visits are better than others. This vet, Little Egypt, has been exceptional. Maybe the best I've had yet. That's comparing vets for years from Indiana to Phoenix! The Doc is great but the vet techs are wonderfully knowledgeable and very accommodating. These girls make this place great. If there's anyway possible, these folks will get you in. The facility is spotless inside and out. The pharma prices are competitive as are the fees. They board here too. A huge plus for me. This is now my go to vet when in Marion. And I'm picky.

Upon entry you are greeted by zero welcome vibes. We were seen rather quickly so in about 10 minutes called back. The vet came in barely glanced at it and said "oh that's a tumor" then he put his gloves on and actually looked at it, pushing it rather hard making Bella hurt and meow in pain , he had no soothing words of comfort or kindness towards her. He went into the back and got a shot of antibiotic, shot it in her neck and then said "it may be an abscess , you will know in about a week. If it goes down it's an abscess if it doesn't it's a tumor. Then sent us home with antibiotics. He never lanced it or cleaned it , didn't even spray peroxide on it. Turns out it was an abscess thank goodness. But I would go elsewhere if you empathy towards your animal is important to you.
