I was about to jump in the shower when my husband called me and within minutes the power in the entire room went out. Everything! Lamps, bathroom light, phone line, etc. I walked down and let the front desk know, he told me it was fixed. I go back to my room and within five minutes, everything goes out again... instead of walking down again I called the front desk from my cellphone (luckily I had sufficient battery), this proceeded to happen two more times before I gave up trying to fix it and just went to sleep without showering because I cannot shower in the dark 1. Too scared 2. Unsafe. The bed covers were strange (maybe because I'm not German) but it was just two twin bed comforters for a queen sized bed-- is this normal? Also, the wifi wasn't working for me in my room at all. Meeting for work went great in their meeting room, no complaints there. Also, their restaurant food was really good (only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one).
