Bought a Honda EU 6500 IS from them a few years ago with their propane conversion. It never worked well using propane so I've been using ethanol free gas in it. It would not get up to speed this year when I started it. Had it taken to a Honda service shop in my area. They told me that what happened was that the glue that was used to fasten the propane tube to the carb melted and fell into the carb thus making it inoperable. Spent $400 in repairs.
