    I have to drive back to Salina to pick up the rest of my order when I was told it was complete at…read morepickup yesterday. I asked two employees after we finished loading if the order(100ish items stacked on a pallet, hinges etc just out free on top of boxes) was complete, and they assured me it was. After arriving home and began unloading I noticed that I was missing several items on top of two items being damaged beyond use. I have ordered close to $15,000 worth of merchandise in the last few months, most of it being cabinets and associated items. This will be the 4th time having to drive back to Salina for this order. 70 mile round trip. We drove there to order the cabinets, I drove back the following day because the employees missed an invoice that I needed to pay to get things ordered, I drove there yesterday to pick up an order that I was told was complete. Now I have to drive back to pick up the remaining order and get the damaged parts replaced. The supervisor and GM of the store would not budge on delivering the items without charging me a minimum of $160. Tell me how that makes any sense. Not a great way to treat your customers. There are plenty of other stores like Menards. I will not be returning for any more larger purchases.

    I called to make a return for an item that was never picked up. The woman I spoke to said it had to…read morebe done online that she couldn't return it. I asked if it mattered that the order was placed 3 weeks ago and ready for pickup sitting in their store. She said, no you have to go online. UPDATE: I went online. If an order has been pulled, you can not return it online and have to contact the store. I call the store back. I get her name this time, Tammy. She CLEARLY does not want to do her job. Got an attitude when I told her I just spoke with her and was looking at the website and it's not possible for me to do the return. She asked for the order number, paused for a minute, then said "I'll see what I can do but I don't know" I said, "ok, we'll can I get a call back with an outcome?" Tammy said, "Ugh. I guess I'll go over to a register and just do this return so I don't have to find someone to swipe." I'm guessing at this time she actually went to a register about a minute passes and she said, "I processed the return." As I was saying, "thank you" Tammy proceeded to hang up on me. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

    we purchased furniture from their outlet store. couch and loveseat. They were unable to get it in…read morethe room we desired. we were told by the delivery people that is employed by millers of Claflin. that if we get a set where the backs of the furniture come off, it would fit in the room. so we brought a loveseat and a couch where the backs were removable, the loveseat they were able to get In but the couch would not fit. so we purchased another loveseat. The cost difference between the couch and loveseat. Was $100. talk to the manager of the Ashley store in Salina, Kansas his first name was Bryce not going to mention last name I was told it was my fault because I didn't do my due diligence, I then explain to him that we were told by there delivery people that is an employed by them there would be no problem. I was told that the hundred dollars is going for the extra delivery even though that I paid for the delivery than was told that they didn't want to do the paperwork to get my money back to me. That's a bunch of crap. We have done business w Ashley's furniture store before had and had no problem. They'll never get my business again. If anybody gets anything from them, be careful. They will take your money, but won't give any back. If I were you, I would you I would never do business with them.

We called…read moreand talked to the mattress manager and he looked up our purchase which had a 10 year warranty on it. He said come in and pick out a new matress and we will replace it. We did and we love it! He was great (wish I remembered his name)! Highly recommend Ashley Furniture! Thanks so much!
