I've had my braces on for about 15 months, and every time I go for my monthly check ups everyone in the office is always kind and respectful. This office always has a nice atmosphere where anyone can feel comfortable. Overall I've only had positive experiences here, and my braces work has gone by quick. read more

Stay away from this place to avoid yourself from spending extra money. Dr. Kyle is not professional at all, he never does his treatments based on the evaluation. However, he does will charge his or her patients a full amount and at the end never does what he promises at the beginning of the consultation. Evidently, Dr. Kyle enjoy to overcharge patients who are from non-white ethnicity. Additionally, all his staff members working at the Monticello location including himself are always gossiping about people of color being extra work and never happy to provide services for them. In other words, this place is a big scam for taking away money and not following treatments at all, neither they care about good treatments results. Lastly, all the staff members have an attitude when rescheduling appointments and Dr. Kyle support racism. Whatsoever, they are good promising treatments but at the end the patients treatment is prolonged to take extra money away. read more

Central Minnesota Orthodontics isn't the easiest place to find. It's located back behind a lot of the other medical facilities in Sartell, and behind the McDonald's located off Highway 15. We've appreciated the service our child has received here, and how the staff carefully explains things to you. They try to have a "fun" outlook, and have an incentive club for patients to earn points that they can apply towards different incentives. The office waiting area is fairly small. It's well stocked with lots of magazines, a television, and free bottled water or coffee. So far, we've been pleased. Ortho work is expensive. It's good to feel like you're receiving something for all that money. read more

I've put two kids through braces with Central MN Orthodontics and have had great experiences with both kids. Dr. Kyle and Dr. Becky both have made my kids feel very comfortable. The front desk staff as well as the assistants are also very friendly. We would recommend them to anyone in the area! read more

This place will up charge you for no reason. $500 they said they can up charge me as much has they want to because I signed a contract. They threaten not to take my kids braces off less they get $500 more but I didn't pay them. I won't pay less I get a real reason why. I think Someone bought expensive toy then can't afford it then trying to pass it on to consumer. read more

Friendly, professional staff who are all very helpful with information and appointments. Thorough check ups and advice on care not just during but also after braces are off. Dr. Becky is a joy to work with, as are all of the staff at Central Minnesota Orthodontics. I have two children who have gone through the various stages of braces and one more who will be joining them too. I also had braces put on, as an adult, by Dr. Becky and everything has gone perfectly. read more

Holy moly what a great experience! My son needed braces bad, and Dr. Becky was so professional and helpful and he ended up with a million dollar smile! Jackie (or Jacki? Can't remember) and Lindsey were amazing assistants. Ashley was super nice at the front desk too! All around the best experiences I've had with an orthodontics office. Couldn't be happier and I refer all my friends to them. AM read more

I can't say enough about how kind the staff are, from the front desk folks to the hygienists. I know that they will give me (an appropriately very small dosage of) sedatives if I request it, but for the last few years I haven't needed it because I trust the staff so much to be gentle and respectful of my dentist anxiety. They ask about extras that might not be covered by insurance before treatment so I can make informed decisions. Plus the environment in the Great Oak Drive location is very comfortable and sparkling clean. I hope I never have to find another dentist!

As an adult I was very self conscious about getting braces on. Dr. Tamara and the entire staff at CMO made me feel very comfortable. I was always greeted with a smile by the receptionists and never waited more than 5 minutes before being seen. Dr. Tamara is very cheerful and was just as excited as I was with the progress. She truly loves creating lifelong smiles and improving one's self esteem! The dental assistants are very friendly and knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly. Believe it or not, I'm saddened that my treatment is over and I will no longer see them once a month. Fortunately, I have three kids that will need orthodontic care! read more
