My basement flooded at the end of June and it is still torn apart. I had to reach out to get the original pictures and mitigation report sent to my insurance company as it was September and they had not received it. No one followed up with me after I called, but it was sent so I guess there's that. I requested a different contractor and instead the company had the same one call. Andrew's message said "I hear you're looking for a contractor, if that's true you can call me back". To be honest, next time I will probably use a different company. Maybe they've changed ownership...if that's true, it really shows.

They also refused to put together a restoration estimate until they were paid in full for the mitigation work. (That would have taken months to complete, and would have drug out the process by MONTHS.) Weeks later when I confronted them about this, they threatened to put a lien on our house and terminated the planned restoration work, which forced us to start over with a new service and further complicated the insurance reimbursement process. Four months later my home office is still unusable thanks to their lack of urgency and weird unwarranted threats. If we had stuck with them, the process would have taken even longer than it currently is.
