I went to have my nails done for an event, and the male tech was in such a hurry and never took the time with my service, he excused himself from me multiple times. I got done a half hour or more early then my daughter, and we went in together for the same service. My daughter said she loved her nails by the lady, however she took the time with her. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I showed her my nails and told her I didn't like them but she didn't say nothing, but told me the total of of the 2 services.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would highly not recommend this place to have your nails done. I don't get my nails done that often, but for a special day like a wedding here they had to make them look horrible. Now to go get them fixed at another nail salon tomorrow and start over to make them look beautiful!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I got my nails done here on 9/18/24. I got a full set and spent $80 plus tip. It is now 9/26/24 and the last one of my acrylics fell off last night. I called to ask for my money back due to this and the lady on the phone insisted they do not do refunds. She stated that I could have my nails redone the exact same way by someone else for no charge. I asked if they had this policy posted (they do not), and she again just stated I could get the nails redone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked why I couldn't just get my money back and she said "well can you refund us the time and supplies we wasted on you?"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] EXCUSE ME?! Ma'am YOUR STAFF did a CRAP job, this is not on me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She said my options were to get them redone or nothing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was then told that I was going to be talking with the manager or owner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I spoke with a man who asked what I had done and when.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told him and then was for some reason was speaking to the woman again who said they would only refund me $40. LESS THAN HALF OF THE TOTAL THAT I SPENT THERE. I asked why I was only getting $40 back and she said "we can't get back the supplies we wasted on you, and the time we spent doing your nails we can't get back. Since you don't want to get nails redone, you get $40 back only." I said I didn't want them to do my nails again because I no longer trusted them, especially after this interaction. LITTLE DOES SHE KNOW....this is not my first horrible experience with them. I got charged SEVENTY DOLLARS for what should've been at most $55 according to the price board. the quality isn't even worth $40 the only thing I like about them is the color. the staff is nice but I'm not impressed with my nails at all. read more

Went in to get my fill, and I got right in, which was nice. Get into the chair and was told I could get the design I wanted, unlike last time I was there. She gets started and all is good until she starts to shove the fill stuff under my nails and it starts to cut my fingers on the inside of my nails. Then when she files them down my thumb nails aren't even, they're all curvy, and she seemed to get angry when I asked her to fix it. When she got to polishing my nails it seems okay until she uses weird colors after I told her not to use them. Then she rushed and not one nail looks the same and overall is a sloppy job and the paint starts peeling off right away. Would not recommend. read more

i went here because my regular nail salon was full that day. i asked for a full set to be put on and the lady put them on and there were a few nails crooked. some of them were very think compared to the other nails. about one week after i got them done, they all fell off. i'm not rough with my nails and i did not do anything to have them fall off either. this nail salon sucks and would not recommend to anyone! read more
