It's impossible to get into unless you are parking your car or have your parking ticket with you to open the door (DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE YOUR PARKING TICKET!) The entrances have gates over them that open only for cars, and the doors require you to swipe your ticket in order to unlock them and get in. GQP, as it is now, is probably as good as it gets for a parking lot. I hate giving them a 5-star as I don't really get excited about a parking lot, but at the same time I think they deserve it for simply having made a proper parking garage.

The lot is well maintained with even paving and well marked parking spaces. The spaces are numbered as you will need this to pay the machine for your time. Payment can be cash or card which is convenient for people that do not typically keep cash on hand. This is also a designated parking lot for the pharmacy located on the corner of Hamilton and Chase with the first few spots reserved for that business.

When asked why I pay over $120 / month for parking I was informed it was a park at your own risk establishment by the corporate office. Do not pay $120 / month if you are worried about your personal vehicle being broken into as this garage does not have an adequate working surveillance system. As for the monthly parking, you are still required to pay with no discount after such event. Thank you again to the management and employees but the corporate office could be to no help what so ever. I do not recommend anyone parking here especially if you are concerned about theft, or knowing there's no security in place inside the garage.

Guests of pass holders can park for $2.00 an hour during the day with a max daily rate of $7.00.

It wasn't with me but it was uncomfortable to watch. $10/ day so great value. Remember to use the same credit card to swipe in and out because you don't get a ticket. There are two caveats, though, they don't take card and you must have exact change. I'm not going to bother trying to park here again, even if I have exactly $3 in my wallet when I make my way downtown.

This garage serves mostly the musicians and audience for Music Hall as well as the employees of the Corbett Studio, PBS stations, and the WGUC radio station that is located above the garage. The garage is guarded very well by its staff and security. There are two entrances to the garage but the Central Parkway entrance is the one that is open most often. There are three exits from the garage which helps the large amount of cars after a symphony concert get out of the garage in a timely manner. However, depending on where you park on these peak evenings, you can get stuck or get out really quickly. I would recommend parking close to the Central Parkway exit and preferably facing towards it for a quick exit! The garage costs $1.50 for an entire day of parking. When there are symphony concerts it is a flat fee of $5.

When we entered the lot, the lady gave us our pass, told us what aisle to go to, and radioed a shuttle driver to meet us at that aisle. The drive over to the airport takes a minute, or maybe two minutes tops. When we returned, the shuttle driver took us right to our car, instead of stopping at an aisle end. As we pulled up to pay, I saw something about a AAA discount, which saved us $1 per day. I'd definitely park here again. This lot is fast, convenient, and staffed by friendly people.
