Consistently Horrible. I know it's hard to make everyone happy, but it's even harder to make everyone UNhappy...so this J/O award goes to Central Valley Auto Transport! Maybe they are not an actual transport company, maybe it is just a shell company for a nail salon, or a Vietnamese coffee shop. I placed an order via phone, and was directed to submit through email, when that was done, I received specific pickup and drop off times, that were never met. Ok, give them the benefit of the doubt, they are truckers, not the sharpest tacks in the pack, so be a little flexible I said to myself. No reply. I called in..."They will be picking up in a couple hours, and dropping off by the end of the day" It is now the next day, no car, no email, no phone, no letter, no carrier pigeon, no smoke signals, NOTHING. Their drivers suck!!! One almost hit a school bus on the highway this morning and cut me off in the process with my daughter in the car. I know for a fact he saw us because he had his turn signal but we had cars all around us and he just cut us off anyways. I honked at him and he flipped us off. if I could give no stars I would. this company has the rudest ladies in the office- mainly Carrie. They are nice until they have to take care of vehicles they damage during transporting. (seems like most people that have used these guys have had an issue or a car damaged during transport- based off of online reviews). At that point they become extremely difficult to work with to the point where you are yelling at them on the phone to get paid for stuff they damaged. long story short, IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH IT, UNLESS YOU WANT IT DAMAGED. read more

dont waste your time or money on this company. i would put no stars but it wouldnt let me post this review so i had no choice to put one but i really meant to put no stars. i have been in the business 20 years and have never dealt with such unprofessional scammers. they lie to you and tell tou that they will deliver your vehicle to you and it takes them over 19 days when it should only take 3 business days. i will never i repeat never use this company again in my life. if you want problems and be lied to use them but i cant believe these people are even in business and on top of the bullshit they give you they also charge $300 from hayworth ca to los angeles ca. we are asking for a delivery to california, what was so hard about that, i really dont know. on top of everything this was a drivable vehicle im talking about. dont waste your time. look at the other reviews they have they are just at terrible as mine. never again!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
