She didn't offer me anything not even a coupon for 10% off. I will not return as I won't do business with a company who has no integrity. It was their mistake and they should have made it right.

There's nothing wrong with that, but it was just disappointing for me. Maybe it was the time of year. Schalow's was interesting in that the selection of outdoor plants was huge. They even had some of the sculpted topiary bushes shaped like animals. Although cute, those topiaries looked like they'd be a lot of work to maintain. I did see some cute outdoor birdbaths and statues to complete the outdoor garden and there was a nice indoor area to pickup smaller items and ask for help from the staff. We were left alone to wander around the grounds, but periodically the employees would ask if we needed help. I like that they weren't pushy.

Visited this afternoon. Purchased a beautiful birch tree (a variety that we hadn't seen before)…read moreand beautiful iris (again, something new to us). Plants are very healthy, lush, the grounds and surrounding area are inviting and attractive. We were offered a glass of wine and they even had ice pops for children. There's a gift shop, area for sitting and just enjoying being there. Very pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful. We weren't planning on buying a tree so we didn't have a truck, but they wrapped it in plastic wrap and were able to put it in our car and we had no trouble transporting it. Very happy with our visit.
