I have attempted to reach Connor many times by messaging, stating that the sealcoat didn't last the winter. I have sent him pix of the existing driveway- sans very little sealcoat remaining. It was my understanding that, in the event he had to re-do portions of the driveway, he would come out for free, but i needed to pay for the Mennard's Sealcoat. Since he put down 16- 5 gallon pails, with the cost of $559.52 plus tax (my cost, not his). I have not heard from him since he cashed my check of $3,865 for 6 hours of labor (between him and his dad)! Do NOT hire this man!!!!

He was early, which was nice, and very kind. I feel like he listened to my ideas and preferences, and it was easy to get on the same page. He shared with me that he and his wife are working with a new design program to bring your ideas and their ideas to life on the computer screen. I was a little surprised with the price, it was higher than I expected it to be. However, This was my first quote and maybe that's just what landscaping costs.
