To be honest, I kinda prefer the one in Saint Leonard (Lave auto Picci's 3). Not only is the staff nicer, but they take their time with cleaning your car. The one in RDP, this one I was not really impressed by the way they cleaned my car and it went really quick, which I feel like when you clean a car to the tea it takes time... Horrible service. I have never gotten such a poor service for a car wash. This was my first time there and DEFINITELY my last. Not only do they charge way more than other places I have been, but the service deserves a big ZERO. I asked for armour all interior and exterior because that's what I always ask when washing my car. I payed for it and after they tell me the car is ready, with a lot of missed places that they had to do, and no armour all interior, no carpets done. They also left me the car full of dog hair, because they didn't do a good vacuum job. They only bothered to do the wheels with the armour all. Complete failure. They come to me with the most ridiculous excuse, saying that I had not asked for it. They already charge so much more than other good places but they also played hypocrites by saying I did not request interior armour all, complete BS. I even told them twice to make sure they understood. The owner is the one that took my instructions and he got so aggressive, and started to yell at me very loud, even his employees looked in shock to see him reacting in that manner. I told him I would never return. So bottom line, not only that their service utterly sucks, but they are also very dishonest and aggressive. NEVER will I give them business again. WORST CARWASH IN MONTREAL!!! POOR SERVICE, UNORGANIZED AND UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES,TOTAL LACK OF CARE AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSE TO YOUR VEHICLE, POOR TO NONEXISTENT REPAIR QUALITY AND SERVICE! THIS FAMILLY ARE CROOKS BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH OR GARAGE THEIR SCAMMERS!!!! The employees are all junkies barely capable of keeping their eyes open with absolutely no idea what their doing!!! The place is run by Mr picci and his sons who could care less about quality service they just want to take your cash and kick you out! I brought my audi Q5 which I had just purchased a couple of days before to get washed for the first time, one of their junky employees backed up another clients mercedes into the front of my Q5!!! They ripped off a corner of my front bumper and wheelwell lining.... the son came and see what happened and said don't worry will fix everything for you just bring back the car tomorrow. When I returned the next day the son was nowhere to be found and the father had no clue what I was talking about. After 1h of waiting for the father to figure out what happened he told me to leave the car and it would get fixed at their garage attached to the carwash. I came back to pick it up at the end of the day and they did not actually fix anything... they tried blaming it on me saying that my truck was already broken they had buffed the cracks in the bumper... like that would somehow hide the damage and did the worst repaire job possible without changing any pieces. Basically just refitted the broken piece and glueed it back on half assed. When I complained about the repair the father kept insisting that my new truck was already damaged... The supposed "repair" lasted about 6 months until the glue they used started failling and the wheelwell lining started falling out causing a whole bunch of other problems... Took it to a real mechanic and was charged over $1000 to have it repaired correctly.... This was the most expensive car wash in history!!! read more

I brought my car for a simple quick wash to have the outside soaped down and cleaned and the inside vacuumed. At first they told me this would cost $20. They removed my material carpets and hosed them down with a water-pressure hose and then tossed them back in the car. They soaked the inside of my car completely. Even after leaving the windows open for an extended period of time my car smells awful. And at the end of all this they charged me $80, I was shocked... what a waste of money for disgusting service. Who ever was wiping down the inside of my car had turned on the air conditioning to the max and left it on while the all the doors of the car were opened, which consumed 1/4 tank of my gas. Gas is expensive. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with their service. My family is dissatisfied as well. The staff who cleaned my family members cars broke buttons on the radio and an air vent in these vehicles. They don't do anything to rectify the situation. The service is incredibly disappointing. I once left my car (which was in great shape inside out, clean) however, i wanted a shampoo, wax inside out vaccum...the whole 9 yards. They kept my car all day, charged me 200$. Inside never got shampood...dry. outside washed and wheels cleaned. I never went back since (4 years ago). I need to get my newly obtained car detailed but i guarantee you, i won'st be going to this place. read more
