People must not like the wait time so they leave which means your number gets called much faster than you'd think. CAA is taking us for granted wanting the customer to be in their suitable condition to get help. I'm class 1 driver. I work with heavy machinery. So last week we came to this SAAQ in st-leo, to get the necessary documents. And we were told that an appointment was not necessary, walk ins were still good. Come to yesterday, we get there and there is a huge line up! As we get to the front, not only does the lady at the front tell us the document is wrong but refuses us since we didn't have an appointment! My mother and I protested and the lady had to go speak to her manager, just to tell us the document was fine but we still need and appointment. We were fuming so we decided to go to the SAAQ at point aux trembles. There they allow walk ins, and that is where they told us the document st-leo SAAQ gave us was outdated! That the SAAQ no longer should or does use that document! Oh my mother and I were annoyed, but the people at P.A.T SAAQ were nice enough to give us a new one, fill it up there and go through. And the line moves SUPER quick, which was great! In summary, I'm never going back to the SAAQ in st-Leo. Service is terrible, they don't care at all and don't value the clients time. They need to do better!

This is a government building, that means there are usually long lines and the staff is overworked…read more With that in mind I had a very pleasant experience, I had a reservation for an appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early and was gone at the expected time. The staff was incredibly nice and efficient and they had no issues with my broken French.

Way too long of a wait... definitely needs more staff. Everyone super impatient and bad attitude.read more
