Oh yes the place there I was supposed to get a CT scan. The person operating the scanner was also the person who injected the dye into my arm. However she didn't do the simple procedure correctly and my arm swelled to twice it's normal size. No hyperbole needed. Thus panic set in and she ran off to get her supervisor or whatever the medical term is... consultant? They came rushing in & in broken English asked if I was in pain. Brown pants time! X-rays and a massage was required to removed the excess fluid, which simply should have been under a more watchful eye. Pain and discomfort for a few days. In America there would be a law suit filed. Horrid experience with the emergency unit. For your sake stay away from this wrecking institution. I arrived there at 11:05 AM, week time, because of a chest pain (afraid of miniinfarctus). My husband arrived 15 min later. At 12:20 we were still waiting even if I had only 3 persons in front of me. To make it clear: I waited more than 1:15 H only for the....registration, not for the treatment ! After the admission I was abandoned on a bed, no doctor came (I swear it) only a nurse with a fresh student who practiced her first injection on me. Three hours and a half later because nobody came, even if I insisted to bee seen, And I was still feeling bad, I decided to call a taxi and went to another hospital. I filled in a "malpraxis" case and I am now exchanging e-mails with the hospital's moderator as a preliminary phase for the legal phase, before the court. Please believe me, you may risk your life going there for emergency services. read more

I had a rdv at Leopold Clinique on Friday, 28th of December, 2019. I had taken, moreover, this rdv three months and a half before the date above.It was with the endrochrinolog Docteur Bodson; a marvellous docteur; and a very competent one; in plus. I arrive to The Leopold Clinique, Rue Froissart, and I present myself to the receptionist with a very very curly, brown hair - and tell her; who I am supposed to meet. She is since the first word extremely unpleasant; mostly chatting with her colleague. And not paying attention towards me; the client! The receptionist in question continues to be unfriendly, and stupidly arrogant until the end of our contact. I start my way in the corridor towards the doctor's door; and while leaving - I cannot help my self from pronouncing the following words: "Soyez un peu plus gentille!" She SHOUTS me back - "Et Vous; plus agréable!!!" And I - from my part - had been completely correct. IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE A GOOD SERVICE???????? - In any case - it is VERY HARD to FORGET. Afterwards - when taking a new rdv for next year with the same doctor, the curly haired person was about to leave; so not more in service that day. Her colleague beside her was FAR MORE FRIENDLY. But not as pleasant as one should be in a post of Client's Service. I do not recommend Leopold's Clinique! The client; and the patient has to be respected.
