I eat keto / low carb and stuck to meats and seafood with some steamed veggies. Service was quick to pick up used plates and assist as needed. You get a little light on the table you can switch on when you'd like to place à la carte drink orders. Good quality food for a buffet. Only little mark downs: the shrimp tasted a bit off and the grilled chicken and steak were overcooked. At the dessert buffet I would have loved some berries.
