Just don't do it. The nastiest group of people I've every had to deal with. Like a classic bait and…read moreswitch, they reel you in with a very competitive rate in exchange for the nastiest attitudes and horrible customer service. Not only left because of them jacking up rate for a no fault claim from a hit and run, but glad to not have to deal with them or burden them anymore with anything since they are obviously a group of miserable people who hate their jobs. Canceling my policy was such a struggle with them, they literally tried to rip me to shreds before doing so. I just got off the phone with them because I sent a request to cancel and it was never done. I got the worst attitude and even one of the agents made a very rude comment about me moving and needing to switch my insurance and registration which is a normal procedure. I am appalled. Do some research and find somewhere else.
