One of the worst customer experience I have ever had. I went in and asked politely if he spoke…read moreenglish (even though i had been there before and knew he did speak english) and he said no and continued to speak to me in italian. Then he asked me in english why i dont speak italian as though it is incredibly rude of me. He continued to belittle me so i decided to leave.. I came back because i did not want him to get away with being rude to a young female tourist. So he fixed my sim and i told him how rude he was to me and that you can't get away with that behaviour if you work with customers. He apologised but it did not seem genuine, i think he was a little pissed off that he was getting a lecture from a woman at least 10 years younger than him. I have also heard of friends having bad experiences with this immature 'man'

Media store repaired my MacBook Pro and replaced the logic board, I have to say: outstanding! Two…read moredays and everything was finished! Never saw it happen faster! In addition they write you messages, when your device is fully repaired! Can't say how much I like this store and in many cases more convenient and less crowded than a real apple store!
