BE AWARE OF JASMINE VELOZ - REALTOR W/GLOBALWIDE!!!…read more We listed our home for sale here in Ocala Florida and on 1/8/23 Jasmine Veloz - Realtor with Globalwide Realty, showed our home to 3 people around 1:54pm. Upon arrival we watched as Jasmine got the lock box key and let herself with her 3 clients in (2 women and 1 man plus Jasmine). Our home is secured with Blink Camera's and we watch people when showing our home. After the tour, Jasmine left our home with one of the ladies that originally went inside with her. However she left the 2 remaining people (man and woman) inside our home. This couple was there over 10 mins and you can see them departing our home after Jasmine had left. Not only did they close the front blinds but they semi-closed our curtains. These people departed our home at 2:12pm with NO REALTOR in site! Jasmine should lose her license for leaving people at our home for how would she like it if strangers were left in her home with NO SUPERVISION! We have been violated by Jasmine and have contacted the Florida Board of Realtors. Also we have all the videos to confirm what happened and happy to share!

My family got together in Florida for the holidays and we wanted to have a family photo shoot…read more Since I'm not from the area, I used Yelp to find a local photographer. Ed, from Drone Solutions, was quick to reply to my request and communicated excellently throughout the planning phase. He sent samples of photos he took in the area and even scouted more convenient locations. We shot so many pictures, with his camera and the drone. It's hard to work with large groups - especially when small children are involved - but he made things so easy. He was truly a pleasure to work with. Photographs were turned around in record time - and while he edited them he sent me a few samples to get my opinion on them. In addition to our outdoor photos we even took some indoor photos. When we wrapped up, Ed asked if anyone needed professional headshots. My sister is interviewing for a new job so she took some and he included it with our package. I am thrilled with the pictures, as is my family. After Ed provided all the pictures to us, he even created a video compilation of a lot of the shots. It was a great addition to an already wonderful project. I cannot recommend Ed and his photography services enough! He was extremely easy to work with, took beautiful pictures, and goes above and beyond to make the entire experience perfect!

She never gives feedback on showings unless you ask for it. If people cancel, she doesn't let you know. I asked her for staging ideas when she first came here and she did not have any. There are always ideas a good realtor should help you with. She did not suggest having an open house (that should have been her suggestion, not mine!) and she does not proofread what she posts. She posted a picture that wasn't even in my community. She also forgot to include in the write up which I gave her, that free internet is included in the maintenance. I had her redo some photos because she does not use a professional photographer and she never posted the new pictures until I reminded her! I can't say it enough, she is unfocused and lackadaisical. When she texted me she didn't even spell my name right (she spelled it 3 different ways) which is unprofessional as I am her client. On one of the showings, she got the date totally wrong, instead of Thursday, Feb 23, she told me it was on Tuesday, Feb 14, a week an 1/2 earlier, so I had to run around and straighten up and clean the place a for nothing on that day! Also, she didn't even do both of the open houses. She brought in another realtor from another agency (Coldwell banker)who actually had more enthusiasm than she ever had, told me she was her assistant, however, when they came here they introduced themselves to one another, so obviously she wasn't her assistant. When I said that I thought I should take my condo off the market, she agreed right away. NO REALTOR if they wanted to make a sale, would agree to that so easily. Last but certainly not least, she suggested that I get my brown cabinets painted white because it might bring more people in here. I did agree, however, I had NO IDEA she got quotes for me off of a site that is not reputable. I didn't know she got these quotes off of Facebook Ads until it was too late and I got scammed out of $500. As a realtor, she shouldn't be getting quotes for clients in the first place, but to get them off of an unreliable source is extremely irresponsible!! My advice, don't use her as you will be sorry. She never went the extra step or by any means go above & beyond. I feel she was lazy, uncommunicative and was not assertive and lackadaisical.

We told our realator, Suzanne Slowey, what we wanted and what area we wanted to be in. We found our home, put a bid on it and it was accepted within a week. We flew back to California. Suzanne worked with us, long distance, every step of the way. She was efficient and very professional. She was availabe for questions and always got back to us quickly. I would highly recommend Suzanne Slowey for anyone that is buying or selling a home in Ocala Florida or the Villages. Than you Suzanne.

The agent who represented us out of state buyers also represented the seller, never again. So many…read moreimportant details were not disclosed, including the square footage was much smaller than the listing stated. The agent would only give us a 2 day due diligence knowing we were across the country. The house was also supposed to be furnished, not even close. The seller left some thrift store junk and the house so was so filthy, garbage cans in the garage filled with rotting trash. So many lies the agent told us even said when asked why the seller was selling, he said "his wife died", another lie. Found out the seller had harassed neighbors; he is banned from the community. I tried calling the agent, never returned my call so I called the Broker at this office, he was nasty & very defensive, so I immediately knew the whole thing was bad. Nothing was pleasant with this experience.
