Even though they advertise hassle free pick up, I was told I would have to lug the 7x9 rug in myself, (I am a female in my 70's), for them to tell me what it would cost. I then asked if I could text photos of the front and back of the rug so they could at least tell me if it could be repaired, which she agreed to. Even though they advertise that they repair hand knotted rugs, she told me that it was a hand knotted rug amd that they were not set up for that type of repair. So then I asked if she could recommend someone who could, and I got crickets. Seems like they don't stand by what they advertise. Very surprising since they have such a large presence in this area. I am a Realtor and an Interior Designer and in the process of compiling a resource book to publish for new residents to Sussex Co. I will not be including them as a resource.

He used an enzyme solution to attack the urine to treat the smell which penetrated not only the carpet but into the pad. The method of hot water extraction uses a Rotovac which made our beige carpets really clean before closing up for the winter. All reasonably priced and quick reliable service.
