Have used Century Sewer Service several times - at my mom's house, a few years back, to replace the broken pipe from the house to the main. We've called Keith for a problem at my home in Dearborn. I am shocked that no other reviews have been written! We had a backup in our laundry room (basement) floor drain today (1.6.18). When the washer would empty, the drain would back-up onto the floor. Water was also coming up through the basement shower drain. This caused a stinky / wet mess that needed to be handled ASAP. We called another plumber first (was unavailable), who recommended Keith from Century Sewer. Keith got back to us almost immediately (on a Saturday evening), and was at our home in 30 minutes!! That is faster than most food delivery services!! Keith came into our home with one goal - fix the issue. No sales pitch, dancing around the issue, finding other "problems" - just good hard knowledgeable work. Keith ran a 100ft power snake through our basement drain clean outs. Found out that a large amount of roots had blocked up the pipe leading away from the house. Keith was also kind to our home, cleaning up any mess created by the job and ensuring not to bring in snow from the outside. From the first call with Keith to the problem being resolved, it took maybe two hours TOTAL. Incredible! Not only that, the price was incredibly good for a weekend emergency service call ($180 TOTAL). Another service was charging that much for just having the vehicle come out to the home! RotoRooter didn't have any availability until Monday afternoon. Just another reason in my book to buy local and from small business! Bravo! read more

Keith fixed a problem we had 4 years ago (dishwasher drain) and when this new one showed up (upstairs bathroom sink clogged), we called him right away.
