If I could give negative stars I would. I'm not even angry anymore, I'm just disappointed that there are such horrible people like this in the world. They will gaslight you, and pretend to be there to support you and help you succeed, then they will behead you. There is a major difference between "business," and actually treating someone horribly. My manager had me under the illusion that she cared, and was "all about family," which couldn't have been further from the truth. I would ask what I could do better every day, and she wouldn't tell me anything of substance, and then she would blindside me in my reviews. She is what you could call a "wolf in sheep's clothing." In the morning production meetings, they would all literally yell and curse at each other like children. It was extremely unprofessional. There were multiple occasions where I had found employees crying in the bathroom because of the bad treatment they experienced here and the stress level of this environment. The office managers spoke of quitting every other day. If someone asked me if they should work here, I would recommend working at a fast food chain over this place. I would rather be a taste-tester for a dog food company than work here. Also, when you separate from the company, expect them to be completely uninformed of the procedures and do not expect them to want to help you in any way. They will have no compassion. The worst place I have ever worked and will ever work. Hands down. Run, far away. (the ONLY saving grace is that there are a few pretty solid people working in the shop.)
