The hall is really large and I was in standing, the music sounded really good and the lighting was excellent. There is also an upstairs/balcony seating area which may be in use for other shows. The Music Hall not only features pop concerts but they also have Jimmy Carr booked there later in the year. The bar is a reasonable size but have never bought drinks so I'm not sure if they are pricey or not. A great all-round venue.

This is essentially the student place to go so there are various discounts available on entrance and on drinks. So the club? Basically there are two floors, plenty of toilets, being served at the bar is extremely easy considering the amount of people that are packed in there so you never get annoyed at waiting and can dance the night away at your leisure. A good point? They ban drinks on the dance floor so you're not usually sticking to the floor or standing on glass every two minutes like in some places. This is definately a place to go.

The place itself leaves a lot to be desired unless it's been improved since the last time i found myself in there. The walls are not describable they are so bad and if you ever need the toilet in here, i suggest you go somewhere else as they are never useable. If you're lucky enough to find one clean enough to use you definately wouldn't be lucky enough to find toilet roll. It can be alright early in the night, but later on stay away unless you feel like sticking to the floor and finding yourself in a fight. Definately wins the title of cheap and tacky.

Unlike other places it is not too big, not too noisy, only for those under 7 (but best for under 5s). As well as a good soft play area (incorporating a ball pit, tunnel and two slides ++) there are also plenty of toys to play with for some quieter time and this is all within a cafe area. Parents can relax as they are right next to the action and the children are visible at all times. Although you have to pay for entry it is worth every penny, particularly if you're the parent of a toddler. They can burn off energy and you can be reassured that they're safe from being bowled over by older ones but yet stimulated enough by the challenges within. Nappy changing and toilets are just off the room and there is extensive parking. Oh and you can get a snack lunch served there too! Every family we've taken there has gone back. Open until 7 most days - a real find on a wet day.
