Me las hicieron rápidos. Desafortunadamente ninguna funcionó cuando llegué a casa. Tuve que regresar y pedir que me las reemplazaran. Las reemplazaron sin problemas, no me cobraron. Estas copias salieron buenas. Al final todo se dio. Sin embargo, fue una inconveniencia tener que ir y volver en el tráfico de la hora de almuerzo. En general el servicio al cliente fue bueno. Respondieron bien al problema y sin issue. Por eso, estoy dispuesto a darles otra oportunidad. Pero no en la hora de almuerzo porque me quedé sin comer.

Encontré a Smooth 24 Hours y decidí darles una oportunidad. Desde el primer contacto, el trato fue profesional, claro y directo. Me explicaron todo el proceso y me dieron una cita para el mismo día. Ni me imaginé que fuera tan rápido. El técnico llegó puntual, con todo el equipo -- laptop, máquina de corte, programador -- como si estuviera entrando a un quirófano. En menos de 30 minutos ya tenía una llave nueva con chip, control remoto y todo funcional al 100%. No hubo vueltas, no hubo excusas, y lo mejor: sin tener que ir al concesionario a dejar medio sueldo. La programación fue impecable, sincronizó perfecto con el sistema antirrobo de la Raptor, y el control abre/cierra sin retrasos. Cero errores, cero drama. Recomiendo este servicio sin pensarlo.
