I would not recommend Wiersgalla to anyone and actively encourage anyone to stay away, at a very minimum make sure you say the word "estimate" when initially calling them, watch them with a stopwatch while they perform the work, and be ready to still get bent over.

We paid a GREAT DEAL of money for Kinetico's reverse osmosis and water softening system on…read more08-28-2023. We were told that the filters would last "500 gallons." After 4 months the filters need to be replaced and there is NOT WAY we have come close to consuming 500 gallons of drinking water in 4 months!! It gets worse: The bill for replacing 3 filters: $433.75!!! This included $277.95 for "installation" and $83.30 for a "diagnostic fee." The filters are beyond easy to replace: Similar to water filters for a fridge. Not sure what diagnostics were done,,,,no diagnostic equipment was needed or used. VERY, VERY disappointed and so far no call backs. DO NOT get suckered into this racket: Flushed this $ down the toilet but @ least the toilet had Kinetico softened water,,,,,
