So, we unfortunately had to visit Certified. Never a good day when that happens. The repairs are so fantastic. Vehicle looks like we drove it out of the showroom. There was a very teeny blip that happened after we got it back. Mistakes happen. It was corrected immediately. They took ownership and made everything perfect. A little connection popped out on the way home. These days vehicles have so much tech in them. It's bound to happen. I knew we were in good hands. Took forever to fix my car and then when I went to go pick it up, there were 2 huge cracks in the windshield that weren't there when it was dropped off. They will not take responsibility and just say to report it to my insurance and they will give me a free one. They don't care about you or your vehicle or your accident and their work is terrible. read more

I forgot to mention. approximately 3 years ago, this same business repaired damage to the right of my windshield where I was hit by an object on 95. Since they ended our relationship because they felt they couldn't make me happy, I never got the opportunity to show John that the repair has since bubbled and is peeling. Shoddy work for sure. I got in a small fender bender and needed some body work done. I made an appointment and my car was in the shop the next week. They estimated my car would need five days...they had it ready in two. When I picked up my car, the work was done beautifully. In addition, the interior of my car had been vacuumed and was in better shape than I left it! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! unless you want your brand new $85,000 dollar vehicle coming back like a Frankenstein project. The owner clearly doesn't care because we asked for him to call us and he never did. Our brand new Expedition was hit. We needed a new bumper, tail light and tailgate. A project that should have never took longer then 1 week but in the hands of Certified took over a month to resolve. They couldn't figure out how to fix the tailgate. They needed Ford's help. They drove our car to Ford. Scratched our brand new rim, broke the drivers door window, greased up the interior, chipped the door paint, tampered with controls (they had no clue what they were doing and failed to put them back properly), failed to paint areas where the taillight was replaced, chipped the taillight that was replaced, chipped the paint on the door and sloppily botched it, didn't clean the glass up and those are just a few things I can think of while in fury writing this. I asked for the deductible to be waived. The manager, Jon, basically laughed and said they are doing more than enough. It's not our fault when we entrust you to fix our brand new vehicle but your employees break things on a brand new vehicle and fail to take accountability and point the finger at Ford and Ford points it back at Certified. Jon agreed to fix/ replace everything. Replace the rim, replace the shattered window and order a new tail light, properly reprogram the tailgate, and fix the unpainted and chipped areas. Well, when we got the vehicle back for the 2nd time I went through the car. When I noticed that the rim wasn't replaced it was reconditioned and the taillight was chipped and paint chips were still present on the car that's suppose to be acceptable? Apparently, they think it's okay that we as the customer should pay for their mistakes. They made plenty on that fix from the insurance and instead of doing right by the customer and fixing the car the way we were promised they would, they chose to make the money and screw over their customers. Jon was not a man of his word and failed to take accountability for the issues that occurred while our vehicle was in their irresponsible hands. So, I hope this review helps others looking for a reliable company to fix their vehicle because I can assure you Certified is not one of them. Save yourself the headache and go to the real professionals. UPDATE: since picking my vehicle back up for the 3rd time. The chipped taillight isn't fixed, and the tailgate does not automatically open all the way. I called them and they told me I need to find another place to fix my car. So after paying my deductible and they are suppose to offer a lifetime guarantee on their work I'm not being helped at all. So much for fixing my vehicle and standing behind their word. And when I asked for the owner to call me again I was told he's retired and won't. read more

This is he second time we have had to use them. Each time they completed the work earlier than expected and VERY cordial! The person doing the repairs introduced himself before the work and after. Making sure I was satisfied. The receptionist was VERY helpful and courteous all thru the claim process. I would not hesitate recommending Certified Collision in the future. I'm a little embarrassed to be a frequent customer at Certified Collision Experts but I am never disappointed in their work. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and they're willing to devise a plan that is in the best interest of your safety and your needs. They're the most honest and reliable body shop I've ever worked. Not to mention, they are QUICK. I've had my rear bumper replaced after my car rolled backwards into a fire hydrant, my passenger side mirror replaced after someone deliberately broke it off, and most recently my undercarriage fixed to perfection after I made the mistake of driving in the dark with my terrible vision and misinterpreting a curb / island of grass for a turning lane. Each and every time, they have fixed my car to look and drive brand new. I also really appreciated the wash and vacuum they provided when I got my car back. What a great team! I had been experiencing a water leak in my 3yr old car. No one could figure it out since there were no obvious signs of water entry. I left it with Certified for a day and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. I had expected a high cost since it was labor intensive.
