The fabric under the rocks was not laid down properly and weeds have been growing in many places. We were paying approximately 45.00 per week for our lawns to be maintained. I mentioned the weeds growing up through the fabric to the maintenance workers and they wouldn't pull the weeds. They didn't trim up our hedges either. Even after I mentioned the other yard work that should have been done, I was told he'd have to talk to the owner. I would have to blow off my patio even after they left. Nothing was done whatsoever to correct the problem. This year, they came by and wanted to do our yards again this year. My husband told them no. When my husband showed the owner of the company the weeds, he said yeah, he'd pull them out as it didn't look good for his company. Two sprinkler head were also broken and never replaced. When I recently called the owner, I mentioned I would leave a comment on Yelp if I didn't hear back from him. Well, here's my post. He never returned our phone calls. I used ChatGPT and Google and luckily found Villa's Landscape Maintenance. I say I was lucky, because there are many businesses, both large and small, in the Medford area. Who to try? I called the number for Villa's and left a message. Shortly after, they called me back and said they could be by my house. at the end of the work day. I told as kept appraised of their eta by text and they were right on time. After giving me a very reasonable estimate, right there on the spot, I was told that they'd look at their schedule and get back to me. How surprised I was the next day! Villa's was able to send a 4 man crew to do the work the next day! Saturday! In no time, the hedge was trimmed and cleaned up and the large shrubs removed. Beautiful work! I was so happy and relieved to have this job taken care of by true professionals. Villa's was polite, respectful of our property and the neighbors' property, removed all cuttings and debris, and spent time answering my questions about future needs. If I don't end up having them do regular maintenance, I certainly will be calling at summer's end for fall pruning! I highly recommend!
