Truly one of the WORST experiences of my life! Do not work with if you want high end, high quality, professional work They ruined my daughter's birthday and balloon wall. I was unable to take my family photos due to the balloons detaching early on They disregarded my entire vision. They went with their own color palate, and their balloon wall detached immediately Horrible and difficult staff to work with as well Very unprofessional and rude The stafff took pictures inside my own, my cakes, and desert table without permission! When we initially spoke with cesar we were all over the place, after looking through some of his events we gave him free reign to do as he pleased and again everything turned out to be more than we could have expected. I booked with Cesar Haro for an outdoor nikkah (Indian/Muslim wedding) ceremony. I was immediately attracted to their decor when I was walking around in DTLA. After getting a quote, I decided to continue to shop around and went to a dozen other stores before I realized that not only did CH have the best prices, but they had the best selection as well. They supplied: 2 grass wall panels with floral tops, a sweet heart table, floral centerpieces for the sweetheart table and guest tables, bridal bouquet, boutonniere, and a gold frame. They made the process SO EASY because they delivered everything (on time, all the way to diamond bar) and picked up everything after the event was over. Having trained under a professional florist and been a student of Japanese Ikebana and sogetsu for 3 years, I am extremely picky (ok, anal...) when it comes to flowers. When I was planning for my wedding, I wanted my wedding flowers to be not just perfect but beyond perfection, yet not break the bank. Is that even possible? I originally booked a very popular wedding florist in OC to do my wedding but my friend said Cesar would do better. I was nervous about the switch over to Cesar but after having met Cesar and Ricardo at their studio, I felt more at ease. However, being the overly picky flower person I am and having extremely high expectations, I requested to meet with Cesar and Richardo three more times after our initial consultation! Each appointment Cesar and Richardo patiently went over everything over and over again, ensuring everything would look beautiful. Then our wedding day... I remember anxiously peeking out of the restaurant's bridal suite to look for the flowers. When I saw the arrival of the first centerpiece, I got goose bumps. There was only one word - STUNNING! I wanted to run out and hug Cesar and Ricardo. It was just beautiful. All my guests were WOW'ed by the flowers! The arrangements were fresh, full, lush, and in beautiful bloom! I chose a red wedding (with a hint of hot pink, accented by gold) with all roses and the roses were huge! To top things off, Cesar hung crystal strands on the centerpieces, making the whole wedding even more elegant. I can sit here and go on and on (I don't want to stop telling you how beautiful my flowers from Cesar came out) but pictures are worth thousands words so I have posted pictures of flowers from my wedding. One thing to note is that we had specific ideas for the table centerpieces which they took care of perfectly and even went beyond our expectations (i.e. fuller arrangements & additional details like rhinestones). I hired Cesar Haro Floral Design for my wedding on April 07,2017 and I will say overall I was extremely happy with their work. All of my flower arrangements were exactly what I wanted and I received many compliments as to how beautifully they were put together. Only complaint is that I had payed for a cake stand to be set up for me and although it was not on the original contract they did make notes and it was payed in full. Day of the wedding my cake was left on a plain empty table as somehow it was not communicated properly and my stand setup was not delivered. Overall I was satisfied just disappointed in the cake stand as this is a once in a lifetime event that I cannot simply redo. read more
