After multiple conversations with staff (her husband) saying to just come in, walk ins only, no problem, she refused to see the patient and no apology for her staff's miscommunication. We spent 2 hours attempting to see her, because we were told that she would be in and taking patients. We showed up and were told to come back, she wasn't there yet. Went home and then called 30 min later and were told to call back, she would be in soon. We called one or 2 more times. When she finally got to her facility and we spoke to her on the phone ...She just didn't care and had a bad attitude! No accountability! I completely understand taking Mondays/holidays off and not taking new patients, but this information should have been explained from the first call. Not 2 hours later. My only problem is with horrible communication.. the run around.. and the rude response when we were upset about the miscommunication. No apology or even admitting that a mistake was made. There are several great chiropractors in Williston, Try one of them instead. You will be glad you did! Don't waste your time!
