I received my SOW and was shocked by cost to develop a basic website. I was told the cost provided was the standard. I've been wating a couple of months for this SOW. Had I been told this from the very beginning I would have gone in a different direction. I was referred to WhatArmy by one of their clients who was equally shoecked by the cost. I mentioned this to Erin her reply was "our prices have gone up". The SOW mentioned I had 2 options, neither of which was reviewed. They may do a great job developing websites, but client service needs a great deal of improvement. I will not recommend WhatArmy to anyone.
