Our plumber said we wouldn't make here before closing time. We arrived with just under ten minutes to go to closing time. They knew more about the bits we needed than we did, which is no real surprise, but their ability to find washers of a particular thickness and size among the myriad boxes of bits over a few floors is remarkable. One guy consulted another guy who knew exactly what we needed and exactly where to find the stuff. It was clear that nothing was too much trouble for them and we were leaving just at closing time with everything we needed. Our plumber was pleased with the quality of the bits and we were just happy that he had all he needed to get finished up.
