tried this online auction, I was flooded w emails from 2 souurces. The website they used,…read moresaleroom.com on each lot i bid on stated auctioneer approval was reqd, despite prior approvalls and bids ok'd. First auction was a fail, as i didnt bid after supposedly needing and waiting on "approval".....Anyway cut to pickup - on my arrival at front office w 3 staff in room and i was ignored, no smile, no acknowledgement of my existence at counter. Young lady gathering lots at the back of house was pleasant and smiled and had more personality and customer service than the rest put together.

Have used them a lot over the years but lately I've found their customer service to be way below…read morethe standard I would expect when I'm spending my money. As a result I would not use them again or reccommend them.
