My favorite go-to drink here is definitely the chai matcha latte which I thought would taste weird but is actually delicious. I was impressed upon seeing the baristas making the matcha lattes using a traditional set-up with chasens and chawans (although granted, the chasens were attached to electric whisks...?) so I assumed the lattes would taste great. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed upon trying my iced matcha latte sweetened with vanilla syrup. It tasted very milky, and I couldn't even taste the matcha flavor through the latte at all. I was impressed to see that they had syrup bottles of free simple syrup for customers to add to their drinks if necessary, but even that couldn't save my drink. Maybe I just have high standards for matcha overall, but if you are a big fan of traditionally strong, earthy matcha flavors I would not recommend this place.
