About 3 1/2 hours later he was done and my 2017 Subaru looked better than when we bought it new! Next I'll have him come back do the inside. Chad came out to my residence to clean my vehicle. He was quick to reply with an estimate and made scheduling very easy. Showed up on time and was ready to get to work on my vehicle. I went with the $180 Gold Package to have my vehicle detailed (wash, waxed, clean mats, etc.) Although my vehicle is much cleaner than prior to Chad's services, I was specific on clean rims and had to provide a few gentle reminders such as cleaning the large sunroof, and a few spots on the interior ceiling. After taking delivery of the vehicle I was able to more closely inspect. I've noticed the door jams were not properly cleaned, including rear gate, exhaust pipes, all still showing the red AZ dirt. Rims were not thoroughly cleaned, which I specifically expressed the need to have them cleaned. Bug debris was very apparent all over the windshield when in the sunlight and windows having smudge marks (no pictured) along with cleaning the visible carpet and tracks for the second row seats. read more

We reached out to Chad to have our son's car cleaned. I was so embarrassed by the dirty and trashed condition the car was in. I can guarantee you that my son had not wiped, dusted, vacuumed, or cleaned any part of the inside of the car since he bought it in 2014. It was a serious disaster! I spoke with chad about a detail on my f150 and he came out the following monday to complete the job for $160. Upon completion (about 1.5 hrs) he showed me the car. It looked like the carpets had been cleaned shampooed which was good but upon further inspection, i noticed that there were still some items that i thought would of been covered in a detail (vs jsut a vaccum/shampoo which would cost much less i would think). A few examples include the cupholders still had dirt/ grime and the seatbelt "PRESS" buttons had dirt in them. I asked about these and specifically on the seatbelts he said he could try but i would either have the dirt or they would be scratched up if he cleaned them with his tool. Here I got the impression that this wasn't a full detail but gave the benefit of the doubt and paid in full. A bit later i grabbed a flat blade screwdriver and easily pulled the dirt out of the seatbelt button with ease and no scratching. Above are just two examples and why it felt more like a basic clean than a detail. With that in mind i hired another detailer who came by and took care of everything, spent 3 hours on the car and it's now looking great! I reached out to chad mentioning above and asking if we would make it right by refunding $50 of the $160 (so $110 for what I saw as a basic quick clean). Unfortunately after two days i had not heard back so posting this to give customer and idea of what to expect. Good for a basic clean if cheaper but when we spoke i understood this was a detail and it did not meet those standards imo. read more

Update: upon further inspection, the inside of my front window was not cleaned and the back window was streaky! Texted Chad, he said no problem he would come take care of it. Told him I was going out of town. He said he would give a car wash no charge and make sure my windows were clean. Was supposed to show up @ 7:30 am. Never showed. Texted him, said he had to take his wife for a COVID test. Didn't hear back from him. Texted him, said he was "quarantined for 10 days". Waited 3 weeks, texted him, asked him if he could wash my car. He responded that he is "closed up for the summer" and he "took a job". Guess I lose out on that car wash to make up for the crappy job he did on my car!
