Each course is better than the next and we all felt that the arctic char was a special achievement: a large portion that still "belonged" in a fine dining lineup. Everything from the seats to the plates was commendable. Only complaint was that dinner was painfully long. Nearly 4 hours passed between walking in and walking out of the restaurant. Really had us wishing they offered 5:30 PM reservations in Europe.

But we noticed that they do this at a few places in this region.... Staff is friendly and helpful & the hotel is nice as well. Definitely recommend it for a nice casual family dinner.

The room is tiny but has everything you need, the bed was firm but good, everything very clean. There are books in self service so you can't be bored! When we got to the room, it was a tight space but there are other rooms you can rent that are much bigger. We didn't need it but I would recommend a larger room if traveling with a family. The ski rental was seamless and easy. They even give you a locker what heats your ski boots! Sold!! The spa facilities are world class! It gets super busy after 5pm as everyone gets off the hill but still great! The sauna and hammam were hot which we appreciate, there's an ice room and also a pool. The dinner the first night was impressive! Braised lamb fell off the bones and a beautiful salad bar! Great wine selection and liquors! The bar area is great for kids and adults.
