Yes Liberal is the home is known for home of Dorothy and Toto! So the first night a church activity, the Reverend goes back their house, gets me a pass for the Dorothy and Toto house! That a six dollar savings there! The Seward County Museum is free, if want see the Dorothy and Toto house is $4.00 children, Military, $6.00 Adult! Not bad, most museums charge way high, many ours in Oakland and San Francisco better have more than $10.00 or $11.00, what I usually carry, but here is $4.00 children Military and $6.00 Adult! They have young girls many still in school play the part of Dorothy! Well remember in movie she was age eleven! There also hotels, such Liberal Inn Hampton Inn a Holiday Inn even Days Inn! I like the children section the library! Big image of book at entrance! Yes Liberal child friendly! We off to see the Wizard the wonderful Wizard of Oz! There no place like home!

It was many times too loud! A cry for help would never be heard, and communication among a family was almost impossible. Then, the class of the music was another very negative issue. Most was very sexually explicit, hip hop, and trashy. Certainly not family music, which made up 80 percent of the crowd.

Then we took the tour of Land of Oz and Dorothy's house. The young lady that was Dorothy, played her part extremely well and narrated the entire story as we all made our way down the Yellow Brick Road and through Oz to see the wizard! Although it was a quick stop, it was fun skipping on the yellow brick road! If you're lucky, Dorothy can be your tour guide as you explore The Wizard of Oz themed setup. There are other small self guided exhibits as well such as a Victorian room, Old Medical Tools room, and a Native American room. Their gift shop had a lot of cute items and Nancy at the register was absolutely sweet ! She was very welcoming, informative, and was lovely to talk to. We enjoyed all the photo ops they had and would be back again!
