I have been to a few funerals here, but only recently had to deal myself with arranging the funeral of my mom. All the staff, and especially Paul, were wonderful. They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Paul was very sensitive to our every concern. The prices were more than reasonable. What a joy for such decent humanity in the midst of terrible loss. Highly recommended.

On the day of my uncles funeral they had no resevered seating for family sisters,brothers nieces nephews nothing it was wherever you could fit ! My other uncle had to stand in the hall outside the room because there was no where for him to sit !! There was no organization to the line for the procession to the cemetery at all !! They should have had wife kids grand kids brothers sisters etc not a hodgepodge of get in where you fit in !!! I personal would not recommend this place at all this is not the first time this has been a mess of an ordeal !!!

I have never been so angered towards a place of "business"! Everything from a HORRIBLY misspelled and written obituary (see photo below), to the way my friend (a grieving mother that lost her 10 year old son in a horrific accident) was treated!! This family was left ALL alone to "handle" the services! The director used words like "gory details" (referring to the paperwork) this precious mother had to sign. And saying "did the best we could, but he kept bleeding out" when referring to how horrible his makeup and body were presented to her!! He was the ONLY person "working" and they had 500+ people there showing love, respect and support!! They didn't even "test" the DVD player for the pictures and, of course, it wouldn't play! Instead, the family was told to put the DVD's in themselves! And when we brought it to his attention that it wasn't working, the funeral director said "well doesn't someone have a laptop"?!!! Are you kidding me??!!!!! This family is BEYOND grief stricken and instead of offering ANY type of help, we are asked if anyone has a laptop??!!! I was furious and brought ALL of this to his attention and was told "well I didn't mean to be rude" WHILE scouring at me when saying it! And might I add, NOTHING was different. He changed nothing! Not his tone (EVEN toward the mother of her sweet angel)!!! PLEASE I urge you to NOT use this funeral home in your time of need.

From the very beginning, the care they showed my dad was extraordinary. Even the way they came to bring him into their care was handled with such dignity and attention to detail--it's something I will never forget. Making arrangements felt overwhelming, but they guided me through every step with compassion, patience, and kindness. I never felt alone. I will always be grateful they were there to carry me through such a difficult time. Toni was an absolute gift. She took the time to truly understand who my dad was and created a service that felt deeply personal and meaningful. Aside from that first meeting, there were countless calls outside of business hours she made to reach out making sure I was informed and involved in every step. Tess played an equally big part the night of the visitation and first burial. Toni and Tess are not doing a job they are providing angels on earth service. I had never experienced a burial reflect the person so beautifully and as well brought so much comfort to me and my family. It extended beyond, everyone who attended could feel the care that went into every detail. In the middle of so much sadness, they created a sense of warmth and peace that meant everything to us. What touched me most is that they didn't consider their service and support over after the burial--they continued to check in and offer their kindness.
