Tonight I watched one of their technicians open an older woman's car door for her for free. The woman was very upset because her dog was locked inside, and her key would not work. Someone called Champion towing and recovery, and they were out within 10-15 minutes to solve her problem. Very pleased and impressed with their kindness and speed of service. Great company with a fast response. They even answered on their Facebook account when I sent them pictures to make sure they could get the vehicle out because the company my insurance hired the day before said that they couldn't get my vehicle out of my garage and off of my property . If I ever need towed again I will always use Champion because their drivers can do what other companies are incapable of. read more

How is it that a home health nurses car can be towed away with no signs anywhere to be seen (yes we looked all around ) . Just left sitting there for over an hour all while having other patients to go see. Our vehicle was undrivable due to an accident while in Starkville. Our insurance called Champion's and I am glad they did. The folks at Champion's were helpful and very professional. The tow truck operator Randall was on the spot and assured us he would take care of the vehicle being towed back to Louisiana and even sent a photo when the vehicle was delivered. I recently hydroplaned and ended up stuck in a ditch. I was very scared and the first thing I knew I needed to do was call a tow truck. I am so very thankful that Champions was who I called. The receptionist was so kind, which helped me to remain calm. In a stressful situation like that, it was hard to explain exactly where I was. She allowed me to send my current location via text using my iPhone Maps. She sent someone right away and I was back on the road within 25 minutes. They also worked with my AAA which was great. I had both of my vehicles serviced here on the recommendation of my employer. The tow truck driver was prompt and polite while dealing with our transportation issues and they were able to get at least one of my vehicles to me for the weekend. That's where this potentially great review goes irreparably aweful. They called me at 4pm on Monday and my daughter had our vehicle and because they were closing soon, I asked if I could come in first thing in the morning and told they open at 8. I arrived promptly at 7:57 and was greeted by the mechanics who were also waiting to get going with the day. We all waited another 15 minutes for the office girl to arrive. When the owner's wife did finally arrive, she acted annoyed even as I walked in the door and I asked her if she had indeed told me that they opened at 8am and she replied "yep". She then sat down and pulled out my paperwork and asked if I was going to fuel up my vehicle to which I replied yes and then after waiting a moment I said can I get the key so pull it up she then looked very annoyed and looked at the tow truck driver, that had been lovely up until this point, and very angrily said "Go see if the keys are in her Cruiser!" He then informed her that the gate to the lot in the back was not yet open as she was the only one with the key. She dug for her keys and gave them to the tow truck driver and he went to open the gate and I thought retrieve my car. He arrived back with the key and tried to give it to the office girl at which point she said "I don't need it! She needs it!" He then informed her that I would be unable to retrieve my vehicle as there were other vehicles blocking it in. At this point I was very agitated and did slam my key down on the desk and said, "Call me when you get your shit together! " She never once made eye contact with me or even attempted to be apologetic for being late or disorganized. I then left and returned home to take a shower at which point my employer called and informed me that she, the owner's wife, had called him and specifically said I had "showed my ass". While I will admit, I should not have cussed at her, I feel I was in no other way out of line and told him I would handle it as they were completely out of line and I would not allow him to be involved. I returned to the shop and was completely dismissed immediately by the office girl and owner's wife, Gloria, and informed my keys were in the car. I then walked outside and requested to speak with Donnie, whom I believe may be the shop manager, to possibly explain my irritations. As I was explaining, he informed me that the only problem he had was that I had thrown a set of keys at Gloria's face. I then informed him that was a lie and Dustin, the tow truck driver, was a witness to this. Gloria and Dustin then appeared from the office and I pleaded with Dustin to back me up. He then lit and puffed on his cigarette and completely ignored me as I was shouted at by Gloria, "As one of the owners of this establishment, I am ordering you off the property!" I can not yet comment on their work but based on this experience I would never recommend them to anyone. read more
