About four months ago my daughter started training with Coach Chris. She has grown so much from each session since then. Her physical strength shows in her ability to perform well and her mental strength shows in her dedication to be her best. We enjoy our time together at CPA because the facility is full of great people who want to be their best. So happy we found CPA for taking her skills to the next level.

A Game-Changer for My Daughter's Volleyball Journey We found CPA on Instagram, and from the moment we came across their page, we knew this was coaching on an entirely different level. My 13 year old daughter was a bit intimidated at first, but the professionalism, structure, and high standards of the coaching staff quickly helped her feel both challenged and supported. We have done privates and clinics with other facilities, but CPA is on another level. The attention to detail, the intensity, and the personalized feedback from Coach Chris have pushed her in the best way possible. She's now starting mentality training, and we are looking forward to continued growth not just in her physical game, but in her confidence and mindset. The coaches truly operate at an elite level and bring out the best in their athletes. We're so glad we found CPA, this has definitely elevated her game and her overall development.

I feel extremely blessed to have come across coach Chris and the CPA facility on instagram. My daughter attended a hitting clinic and fell in love with the coaching, we booked a private session with coach Chris and his attention to detail and knowledge of the game is simply amazing. I was so impressed by how quickly my daughter was able to improve her hitting after just one private session under coach Chris' guidance. She's so excited to elevate her game and learn more from coach Chris. I would definitely recommend them to any parents looking to help improve their child's volleyball game.

My doctor said I needed to change that or I would increase my chances of getting diabetes. At my last doctor's appointment my triglycerides were down to 80!!! I've lost more than 22 pounds and I'm still going. I no longer weigh more than 200lbs! What sets GR8 Body Fitness apart from other gyms is accountability. All of the coaches become your cheerleaders and work with you to reach your goals. They know you by name. I have to admit it did transform her, I was hesitant to join because I already had a free gym membership at my place of work at the time. Why would I spend if I didn't have to, right? Wrong!!!! If I would have known what it could've done for me back then, I would've signed up a long time ago. I joined last october/november with a groupon deal. It was by far the best one I have ever purchased. Quickly I saw how people had transformed their lives here and I knew I was in. It helped that my wife had previously joined and its pretty close to our house. I was still stuck in some ways so I can't say I was super committed. I knew I had wanted to push myself physically and mentally, however it wasn't until the 6 Week Challenge in January that I had to go all in. I lost 18.5 lbs!! Started at 201 and ended at 182.4. I still can't believe the results. This is only the beginning. Now I can't see myself going anywhere but this gym. It's become my fit family. Thank you to the amazing staff and team.

This gym is truly one of a kind. It has become a second home for my daughters and I, and the impact…read moreit's had on our confidence and strength is incredible. My middle daughter started with the summer camp with Coach Mishel and Coach Ed, and I was blown away by how hands-on it was. Unlike other camps, they blend STEM activities with martial arts and take the time to know every child on a personal level. Seeing her thrive there was the start of our journey here. My oldest daughter began with the women's kickboxing class and has since expanded into Jiu-Jitsu. Her athleticism and confidence have grown exponentially, and now both she and my middle daughter train jiu-jitsu multiple days a week. As for me, I've become a religious regular at the women's kickboxing class. Every woman should join this! Bo is one of my favorite instructors; he gave me the confidence to keep showing up. I learn something new every single time while constantly sharpening my current skills. I've since branched out into Thai pads, bag classes, intro to fighting, and Muay Thai. A few more shout-outs to the amazing team: * Coach Ed: His strength and conditioning classes are tough, but the results are undeniable. * Coach Riley: He is so patient and kind. I take his bag class and learn so much. He also teaches advanced kickboxing and Muay Thai. * Coach Marcus: He runs everything with such an inspiring focus on building your mindset and reaching your full potential. We never feel uncomfortable here...only stronger. I'm already looking forward to my youngest daughter joining us in the near future. If you are looking for a place that values growth and community, this is it!

Important note: This review pertains specifically to the Systems Training Center Summer Camp, not…read morethe dojo's regular martial arts instruction. My son attended the summer camp/day program only and was not enrolled as a regular martial arts student. I enrolled my son hoping for a fun, safe, and well-supervised summer experience. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I would not enroll him again. The camp often felt disorganized and seemed to operate without much advance planning. Activities appeared to change from day to day, and there was little evidence of a structured program. The first warning sign came during my son's first week. After only a few days, he came home, burst into tears, sobbed in my arms for more than ten minutes, and begged me not to make him return. He described the environment as "overwhelming" and "overstimulating" because of the constant screaming, yelling, and disruptive behavior from some campers. Those concerns continued throughout the summer. To be clear, I understand children sometimes struggle with emotional regulation and behavior. My concern is not that children are expected to be perfect. My concern is that I expect adults supervising a children's camp to appropriately manage disruptive or aggressive behavior, protect all campers, and provide an environment where children feel safe. Based on both what I observed and what my son consistently reported, I did not feel that happened. For example, my son reported that one camper became upset during a game, ran at him while screaming, and grabbed at his clothing. He also reported this was not an isolated incident but part of a pattern of repeated screaming, tantrums, and disruptive behavior from this camper and another camper that made him increasingly uncomfortable attending camp. My biggest concerns, however, involved supervision and safety outside the dojo. My son reported that counselors took campers on neighborhood "ninja walks" and encouraged them to practice parkour on nearby structures, including climbing a structural wall at a neighboring apartment complex using decorative rocks as footholds. He also reported a counselor challenged the children about who was "brave enough" to jump from what he estimated was a very high wall into an enclosed area below. My son declined to participate because he felt uncomfortable and became so distressed that he cried. What surprised me most was that I was never informed campers would routinely leave the dojo for these neighborhood activities. Nothing in the written materials or waiver explained that campers would be practicing parkour throughout the surrounding neighborhood. The paperwork states parents would receive advance notice of field trips. In my opinion, taking campers outside the dojo and throughout the neighborhood constitutes an off-site activity that parents should be informed about beforehand. When I later spoke with the camp director, she confirmed that these neighborhood "ninja walks" are a regular part of camp and stated they have permission from neighboring property owners to use parking lots, areas between buildings, and other structures. That was the first time I had heard that explanation. She also said part of the camp's philosophy is "stretching the kids to their limits." While I support helping children build confidence and resilience, I believe those challenges should occur in a carefully supervised environment with clear communication to parents. I also had concerns about security. During the entire camp session, I was never asked to show identification when picking up my son. On multiple occasions, counselors were on their phones when I entered the dojo and did not even look up to acknowledge who had come through the door. The surrounding neighborhood also concerned me. During drop-off and pick-up, I observed several individuals who appeared homeless and/or intoxicated. One individual in particular was dirty, disheveled, and wearing torn, soiled clothing. I watched him stand outside the dojo for several minutes with his face pressed against the glass doors and his hands cupped around his eyes so he could look inside and watch the children. Learning that campers were routinely taken on walks through this same neighborhood only increased my concern. When I discussed these issues with the director, I did not feel my concerns about supervision, behavior management, communication with parents, or safety were meaningfully addressed. Every family has different expectations, and some children may have a wonderful experience here. This review simply reflects ours. I was looking for a camp with consistent supervision, proactive communication, thoughtful behavior management, and strong safety practices. Based on what I personally observed and what my son consistently reported, I do not feel this summer camp met those expectations, and I would not enroll him again.

I have stayed all this time because it became more than a space to train and hang with my dog, this gym connects you to an amazing community filled with so many great athletes. Powerlifters, weight loss coaches, booty building coaches or just generic training athletes. This gym has so much to offer, there are tons of squat racks in the powerlifting room and an incredible amount of machines in the body building room you will not find in commercial gyms. There are foam rollers left and right and I've never had an issue with anything with this gym. One of the owners Gus is pretty amazing at fixing things so you will never really see a machine out of order for any longer than a few short days. There's a vending machine in both rooms, one is for drinks like Gatorade's, pre workout cans and water. The other is filled with protein snacks, bio freeze patches and mini deodorants! These change periodically, there is an outside vendor that comes in to restock and change what these vending machines offer. So much variety! We love. If you are in the area it is worth a day pass for sure, these are purchased ahead of time as someone from staff will need to coordinate to let you in as this gym gives all members a personal key fob to enter. Love the 24/7 access!
