WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. RIVALED ONLY BY POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had my car towed to dealership for replacement key. They only gave me one key when I bought the used Jeep there. I asked for two new keys and an oil change. Three days later, with no loaner car, they called and said keys were ready. I asked about oil change--they said oops.
They kept car all weekend and on Tuesday night, a week after having car towed, they could not find my keys and did not know if oil change had been done. Finally, they found keys (basic Jeep keys with no technology). I paid $80. They called next day and said oil change was not done, and I owed them another $400!! No one apologized for screwing up my order, and forcing me to use taxis for a week. No one offered any courtesy.
