He cut us a break on the price since we ended up buying 3 pair of skates. Definitely above and beyond; extremely friendly and generally seemed happy to have us there as customers. The skates were already sharpened and we were in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. They have a large collection of used skates, both figure skate and hockey skates. Also, gobs of used hockey equipment. We had called the day before to make sure they had skates in the right size and Michael was really helpful too.

He suggested replacing my old Shimano DuraAce shifters with a different brand. They're called 'MicroShifter' and the cost was less than $150 for a pair. They work extremely well and look high end.
