Some didn't even care to really do anything. And then there was Keith, he picked up my call right away and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Keith was very knowledgeable and quick to do the calculations, and right then, I knew it was a no brainer to switch my mortgage from 3.09% to 1.75% even with a penalty.
