Arun helped us in every stage of the whole process in purchasing a coop in Rego Park, Queens, this year. When we received the contract from the seller, Arun explained every clause in every page very patiently in a face-to-face meeting. He is so cool, polite, casual, and knowledgeable that you'd feel comfortable and confident in the process that would otherwise be very intimidating! Arun and his paralegal Rosemary responded to all our emails (dozens and dozens). We got responses for every email within a few hours. Many times, I got email from Arun's office at 6 a.m. in response to my question! They were on top of the process all the time and we never ever felt that we were just another case for the law office.
Arun's fee is extremely reasonable and he always told us what other fees we may have to pay and our options. He resolved many issues with so much ease with seller's attorney, bank's attorney and coop's attorney. Thanks to Arun's cool attitude with other attorneys and us, the closing process was actually enjoyable. No surprises! Zero tension! Arun returned from a vacation just the day before the closing. He was working late in the evening and send us all details by 10 p.m.
I'd emphaticcally say that finding Arun was the best thing ever in our home buying process. Very diligent, very helpful, very honest, very knowledgeable, very experienced, very passionate about his job, very friendly and very cool are the words that I'd use to describe Arun.
