I came in here a few weeks ago to purchase a small leather good. I was presently surprised to find out that I saved just under $600 off the pre-tax US price. Despite the store being pretty busy I was able to be matched with an associate right away. The staff were not very friendly and were all business. No smiles or chit chat during the entire process. During the check out they showed me the brand new bag they got from the back before boxing. The tax free paperwork took no time for them to fill out as they are so used to doing it. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I just wish it had been a little less transactional and more laid back and in tune with the relaxed spirit of Vienna! read more

Went to buy two bags at Chanel Tuchlauben 1, 1010 Wein store number 100160, June 26,2023 at approximately 2:00 o'clock and the cashier ran our card twice then lied and said she only ran it one. Which made the bank think it was fraud. When my husband confronted her she became very nasty and began to start speaking German to an employee beside her. I guess she thinks that Americans can't afford Chanel when she is just making minimum wages as a cashier. Americans do your shopping in the United States for chanel there you will receive better service, a bottle of water and you will avoid the nasty attitudes of CASHIERS!!!!Never will step foot in that store again. And I would not recommend it to anyone. I should have read the reviews before shopping there. I would give them zero stars if I could. You would think that as much money as these bags cost Chanel would teach your employees about having good customer service! read more

Since I was here inVienna I was extending a chance out to my siblings back in the US to purchase some items at this store. Because the connection for video conferencing is very poor here, I decided to just take fotos and text it to them. To my dismay I was told in adamant fashion that I was prohibited to do that. Like I was stealing their design or something. I was merely showing them the things that were here. Even though was purchasing over $5000 here. Just remember, this store prohibits any type of promotional help when it comes to sending fotos to others who are willing to purchase here. Save your money for Paris and New York where hospitality actually exists. They never offered me a bottle of water after all that shit trouble. read more
